We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment based on health information or if the service is not appropriate for your condition.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance online or by contacting us directly.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined at the time of booking.

4. Client Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Inappropriate behavior—including but not limited to harassment, solicitation, or intoxication—will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in a permanent ban from our services.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
